Description

USB-Based Receiver for Real-Time Tag Location Data Collection and Transmission

SpaceListener-L1 is a relay device that transmits location data received from UWB tags to external devices within the GrowSpace Lite system. It outputs data via USB or UART TTL and is easily compatible with PCs and embedded boards, making it ideal for early-stage development testing.

✅ Key Features

  • Real-time Location Data Collection: Receives position data between UWB tags and anchors

  • Supports USB Type-C Power and Communication

  • UART TTL (5V/3.3V) Serial Output Available
→ Direct connection with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, etc.

  • Compatible with GrowSpace Lite Software (SpaceLite, SpaceLite Pro)

🧠 Internal MCU Specifications and Functions

  • MCU: Nordic Semiconductor nRF52832
    (ARM Cortex-M4 / 64MHz)

  • Functions:

    • Processes location data received from UWB module (DWM1001)

    • Transmits data to external devices via USB or UART

    • Low-power operation and stable real-time communication control

🔗 Compatible Devices

  • PCs and Laptops: Real-time location monitoring via USB serial terminal

  • Arduino, Raspberry Pi: Direct connection via UART TTL

  • IoT gateways, robot control boards, industrial controllers, etc.

🧪 Use Cases

  • Setting up an early-stage testing environment

  • Prototyping and sensor integration testing

  • When location data needs to be received directly on local devices without a server

  • Used as an educational or research experimental device

📌 The Listener allows quick verification of UWB-based location data without complex network setups and is a critical device for relaying real-time location data to external devices when used with the Developer Tag (SpaceTag-DT1).
