The 2024 EdTech Korea Fair, taking place at COEX Hall C from September 23 (Monday) to September 25 (Wednesday), has adopted the ‘Grow Maps’ indoor navigation service to enhance visitor convenience.
‘Grow Maps’ is an indoor navigation service developed by FREEGROW, a company specializing in spatial information systems based on indoor mapping. The service is designed to guide visitors through large exhibition centers, shopping complexes, and other indoor venues where clear navigation is essential.
At EdTech Korea Fair 2024, Grow Maps allows visitors to access detailed exhibition information, company profiles, and booth details, helping them efficiently navigate the venue and enjoy a more seamless and informative exhibition experience.
To ensure easy access, QR codes and kiosks equipped with Grow Maps have been installed throughout the venue, allowing visitors to quickly check booth layouts and exhibition routes. The service supports multiple languages, including Korean, English, Japanese, and Chinese, making the event accessible to a global audience.
An event representative stated, “Grow Maps not only provides an enhanced digital experience by enabling visitors to access exhibition details conveniently on their mobile devices, but also contributes to ESG-friendly exhibitions by reducing unnecessary print materials such as brochures and catalogs. Since its launch, Grow Maps has been implemented in 16 exhibitions in just seven months, proving its effectiveness and convenience.”
