FREEGROW announced that it has signed a service agreement and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Hyundai Duty Free to implement its indoor navigation service, ‘Grow Maps,’ providing real-time indoor route guidance and spatial information.
With this agreement, Grow Maps will now be available at Hyundai Duty Free’s Trade Center branch and Incheon Airport branches (Terminal 1 and Terminal 2). Visitors will be able to receive optimal navigation routes within Hyundai Duty Free stores and access various shopping-related services, such as event information, making for a more convenient and seamless shopping experience.
Additionally, Grow Maps supports multilingual translation, enhancing usability in duty-free stores, which cater to a high number of international tourists. At Incheon Airport Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, the service will not only provide store navigation but also guide travelers to duty-free pickup counters and immigration checkpoints, further enhancing customer convenience.
