Forklifts move iron-ore buckets between production lines. We applied UWB positioning and geofencing across that stretch. The moment a bucket leaves its assigned line and is set down in another zone, an alert fires on the control-room screen.

Wet processes and dense metal equipment make positioning error easy to accumulate. We applied indoor positioning and a web-based smart map at this dyeing plant, so worker and material locations are visible on the map and work routes could be organized.

In metal-heavy, NLOS environments where standard UWB accuracy drops sharply, our proprietary CIR algorithm filters out reflected signals and reads only the direct path to preserve precision. It integrates four sensor types — UWB, RTK GPS, IMU, and RFID — and keeps a stable position even across indoor-outdoor transitions.
